The rooms were newly decorated and spacious, equipped with a fridge, minibar, toiletries, and the heavenly bed. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The hotel's location couldn't have been better, being so close to the National Civil Rights Museum.

During my recent stay at the Westin, I arrived very late at 2 AM but the late-night staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The next morning, I was greeted by Tina, Tongela, and Melissa at the front desk who were extremely kind and helpful. The valets were also wonderful and the room service food was amazing. The entire staff seemed cheerful and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.
